Refund policy

Request a return within 30 days

To request a return, contact BrewShot within 30 days of receiving your order using our contact form. Include your order number and reason for the return.

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact us before sending anything back. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions, return address and shipping label.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if something is wrong. Include photographs so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Refunds and exchanges

We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days; your payment provider may need additional processing time. Contact us if your refund has not arrived 15 business days after approval.

For an exchange, request a return first and place a new order after approval.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not exclude or restrict any cancellation, return, repair, replacement or refund rights provided by applicable consumer law.
