Shipping policy

Free standard shipping

BrewShot offers free standard shipping with no minimum order value to the destinations available at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong and supported European countries, including Spain, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. We do not currently ship to Russia, Belarus or Ukraine. If your country is unavailable at checkout, we cannot accept delivery orders to that destination.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery to the United States is 10–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times to other countries vary by destination and carrier. Processing and delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

We email your tracking details after dispatch. Please allow 24–48 hours for the first carrier update.

Delivery issues

If tracking has not updated for seven business days, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. For a parcel marked delivered but missing, check with your household and neighbours and contact us within seven days. Please report damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the item and packaging, and keep the packaging while we investigate.
